01 — Book Your Shoot

Choose the services you need and confirm the scope of work and pricing before your appointment.

02 — I Capture Your Property

I complete the photography, 3D tour, floor plan, and/or aerial services we agreed on.

03 — Review Your Previews

Take a look at your preview files and let me know if anything doesn't meet the agreed-upon scope or needs a reasonable correction.

04 — Approve, Pay & Receive Your Media

Once the agreed-upon work is approved, submit payment and I'll release your final, usable media.

A Few Things to Know

Previews are for review only.

Preview files cannot be used for listing or marketing purposes.

Final media is released after payment.

Your approved, usable files are delivered once payment is received.

Additional requests are discussed first.

Services or changes outside the original agreement may incur additional charges, which I'll confirm with you before proceeding.

My goal is simple.

Make quality real estate media accessible, keep the process straightforward, and give you confidence in what you're receiving before you pay.

📍 Travel & Special Property Fees

• Standard Radius: Travel is included within 40 miles of Garrett, Indiana. Additional mileage may require a travel fee.

• Custom Estimates: Special pricing applies to luxury listings, acreage, commercial spaces, and multi-unit properties.

⏱️ Turnaround Time

• Fast Delivery: Most projects completed and delivered within 24–48 hours.

Serving Garrett, Auburn, Fort Wayne, Angola, Kendallville, Columbia City, Warsaw, and surrounding Northeast Indiana communities.

📸 Media Delivery, Photo Limits & Editing

• Standard Property Photography: All packages and standalone photography services include up to 25 finished interior and exterior property photos. Aerial drone photos do not count toward this limit.

• Additional Photos: Need additional angles or rooms covered? Extra enhanced listing photos can be added for $3.00 per photo.

• Image Enhancement: All delivered photos receive basic image enhancement, which may include exposure and brightness adjustments, HDR/bracketing blending where appropriate, color correction, white balance, and lens correction where supported.

• Editing Scope: Image enhancement focuses on presenting the property clearly and accurately. Extensive retouching, object removal, virtual staging, and major photo manipulation are not included.
