Keep things simple and straightforward. Here are the answers to the most common questions agents and homeowners have when booking a shoot.

🌤️ What happens if it rains, snows, or is incredibly windy on the day of our shoot?

• The short answer: We still show up for the inside; we just reschedule the outside.

• The details: Indiana weather loves to change its mind. If it’s raining, snowing, or the winds are gusting over 20 mph, I cannot safely fly the drone or take exterior photos. In those cases, I will still come out to shoot the interior photos and map the Zillow 3D tour. I will then return on the next clear day to finish the drone and exterior work at no extra charge to you. If the weather is an absolute washout for the whole day, we will simply reschedule the entire shoot to my next open slot.

⏱️ How fast do I get my photos, video, and 3D tours back?

• The short answer: Within 24 to 48 hours.

• The details: Real estate moves fast, and I don't like sitting on files. Most galleries, Zillow interactive floor plans, and drone clips are processed, edited, and delivered directly to your email within 24 to 48 hours of the shoot conclusion.

💳 How does payment work?

• The short answer: Secure online payment via Stripe when your media is ready.

• The details: Once your media is edited, you will receive an email link to a private Pixieset web gallery. You can pay securely online using any major credit card or debit card through our payment processor, Stripe.

• The policy: To keep things automated, payment is required to unlock the high-resolution download features. The exact second the invoice is paid online, your download access instantly activates.

📦 How is everything delivered?

Because different types of media require different platforms, your kit will be delivered in three quick, organized steps via email:

1. Photos & Drone Video: Delivered through a private Pixieset web gallery where you can download them directly in full resolution once payment is completed.

2. Zillow 3D Tour & Floor Plan: I publish these directly to the Zillow ecosystem for you. I will email you the direct links to paste into your MLS listing so your Zillow search boost activates immediately.

3. Promotional Video: Your promotional video will be uploaded as a private, unlisted YouTube link first so you have exclusive access to review it and embed it into the MLS. Once your listing goes officially live on the market, let me know and I will flip the video to public on our channel to drive extra organic traffic and buyers to your listing.

🔑 Do I (the agent) need to be at the property during the shoot?

• The short answer: Nope, not unless you want to hang out.

• The details: As long as I have clear access instructions (a lockbox code or a homeowner letting me in), you don't need to babysit the shoot. Because of my public safety background as a firefighter and police officer, brokerages trust me completely with property keys and vacant listings. You can go crush other appointments while I handle the media.

🐕 What should we do with pets during the shoot?

• The short answer: Please secure them or take them for a walk.

• The details: I love animals, but rogue pets running through rooms will show up in the 360-degree Zillow 3D scans or accidentally trip over a camera tripod. For the best results, please have homeowners crate pets, keep them in a secure backyard/garage, or take them out of the house during the scheduled appointment time.

📸 Who owns the photos and media after delivery?

• The short answer: I own the copyright; you get a usage license to market the listing.

• The details: This is standard industry practice. Airspace Media LLC retains the copyright to all images and video created. When you pay your invoice, you receive a full, non-transferable license to use all the media to market that specific listing on the MLS, Zillow, print flyers, and your social media pages until the property sells.
